The Study Tour Italy is a unique learning experience aimed at providing participants with a “touch & feel” experience as well as an exposure to the complexities of the interplay between family and business. It is an intense week of course time, firm visits and Flash Consulting projects, a series of specific recommendations provided by the Study Tour participants to the partner companies during the firm visits. Azienda Agricola San Salvatore is located in the heart of the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano. Founded in 1988 by Mr. Giuseppe Pagano, it offers a wide range of local products deeply rooted in the agricultural and buffalo breeding tradition: 12 different wines, extra-virgin olive oil, mozzarella di bufala d.o.p., bread, pasta, jam and preserves. The products are sold in the near deli “La Dispensa di San Salvatore” where Cilento housewives and grandmothers, keepers of the traditional recipes, prepare local rural dishes using San Salvatore farm products, providing customers with a unique tasting experience of the Cilento culture.

Agriconserve Rega is a company producing preserves located in Striano, near Sarno. It uses biological farming methods and a ISO certification to guarantee the quality of its processes; it produces different varieties of tomatoes and its derivatives as the tomato puree, tomato pulp and peeled tomatoes. Moreover, it can also boast an offer of other sort of preserves as mushrooms, beans, artichokes and canned fruit.
