WHAT IS THE STUDY TOUR?
The Study Tour is a real journey, a benchmarking activity within one or more companies and scientific institutes. This methodology is useful for those companies and business schools that are called to face change and innovation and need to confront and learn from real cases and successful experiences. The people involved (manager, entrepreneurs and students) will have the chance to analyse real cases, confront themselves with colleagues, reflect on their own culture and behaviour in order to develop intercultural competence (and not only) considered to be strategic for their own current and future job. Located learning experts will assist the group of people involved in the Study Tour.
